Ten days after airing the ad, which shows an integration of daily operations and social media, Norms has gained 1,000 Facebook fans and 150 Twitter followers. Paige Gillingwater, President of Black Lab Productions (the company that created Norms’ marketing campaign) notes that social media happens in “real-time,” which is perfect for this restaurant whose tagline, “Where Life Happens – 24/7,” shares the same temporal attitude
